Шикарный новый дом, на опушке, в тишине с прекрасным видом на лес и горы, в 60 метрах от пляжа (бесплатного). До горнолыжки "банное" 5 мин на авто. До глц "абзаково" - 30 мин на авто.
В доме есть все необходимое: чистое свежее бельё и полотенца, необходимые средства гигиены, новая посуда, современная техника (3 tv smart, микроволновка, холодильник, посудомойка, "алиса", и самая фишечка - проектор и экран размером 2, 5х3, 5 метра! Просмотр фильмов или клипов на таком экране сделает вас отдых незабываемым. Также для вас зона барбекю и беседка со всем необходимым (мангал, решетки, шампура и тд) на территории имеется баня с системой второго дыхания, также оснащенная системой "умный дом"- алиса.

отличный дом для большого семейного отдыха, в доме есть все необходимое, есть на территории шикарная баня , есть удобная мангальная зона, очень тихое уютное место , хозяину дома огромный респект !!!💚
