Advantages:

Хорошее расположение. Тихий двор. Всё необходимое в шаговой доступности. Без проблем с парковкой для автомобиля. Нормальный стабильный Wi-fi в квартире. Много спальных мест. Приветливая хозяйка, реагирует на все просьбы.

Disadvantages:

Смыв на унитазе сломан.
