Advantages:

Быстрота заселения, тишина в номере, чистота

Disadvantages:

Были бы полезны кружки, ложечки и тарелочки (есть только два стакана) В идеале бы ещё чайник (есть только кулер в коридоре). Так же не удобно невозможность исключения завтрака из стоимости заказанного номера.
