Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фото. Дом новый. Расположение отличное, рядом парк, в шаговой доступности клиника Мулдашева.

Disadvantages:

Из минусов - в новом доме идут ремонты квартир, соответственно сверлят, стучат с утра.

Advantages:

Всё понравилось, чистая, уютная, светлая квартира, новый ремонт, быстрое заселение, всегда на связи, полностью соответствует фотографиям, всё в шаговой доступности, все возникшие вопросы, замечания приняты, решены. Еще совет: не помешал бы ночной светильник для вечернего приглушенного свечения.
