Advantages:

В квартире все есть для проживания: набор посуды, электрочайник, холодильник и пр. Достаточно тепло, светло и уютно в целом. Удобное расположение, рядом в шаговой доступности практически всё необходимое есть.

Disadvantages:

Несмотря на тепло в квартире, сильно дует от балконной двери в комнате. Холодильник на кухне очень шумный и похоже не выключился ни разу (хорошо что есть межкомнатные двери). Раскладной диван в комнате (не кровать!) немного узковат для комфортного отдыха вдвоём. Запах канализации в ванной комнате тоже подпортил настроение.
