Advantages:

Дом большой, новый. Расположен очень удобно. Хозяева заключают с гостями договор, и за доп. Плату могут отбить чек.

Disadvantages:

Оказалось сложно дозвониться до хозяев. Квартира была предоставлена не та, что на фото. Но в том же доме.

Disadvantages:

Бронировали квартиру, что на фото. Бронь оплатили. Владелец перезвонил и сказал, что данное помещение занято и предложил альтернативу. Звонили несколько владельцев. Поскольку время было позднее и мы с ребёнком, то согласились на то, что предлагали. Там была горячая вода. Цена за предложенное жильё завышена. Мы получили, хоть и отрицательный, но опыт.
