Сдаю квартиру: на сутки. Удобства: диван, кровать, холодильник, микроволновка, телевизор, приятная обстановка. Большая ванна, горячая вода постоянно (водонагревательный котел на 100 литров). Цены действуют в дневное время и в будние дни. Заселение с 8:00 до 21:00. В залог паспорт или водительское удостоверение. Рассмотрю вариант на длительный срок (семейной паре) 20000₱/мес+счëтчики - цыган прошу не беспокоить (не звонить). Могу придти проверить в дневное и вечернее время, в любой день недели.

Все грязное, в зеркалах ничего не видно, постельного белья изначально не было, потом только хозяин откуда-то принес. Полотенце было одно и то старое. Не рекомендую эту квартиру.
