Advantages:

Очень удобное расположение от того места где проходят соревнования! В шаговой доступности находятся магазины и всё что нужно! Рядом остановки общественного транспорта! Удобно добираться! Также очень удобен этаж!

Disadvantages:

Основной недостаток это клопы в одной из комнат и пробегающие тараканы! И компенсировать хозяин не удосужился, предлагает только съехать!

Advantages:

Понравилось что своевременно заселили. И транспортная доступность.

Disadvantages:

В последний момент поменяли адрес. Причем была 3х комнатная, а стала 2х комнатная. Спорить времени не было. Цена осталась прежней. В квартире не хватает постельного белья. Квартира так себе на 3+. Депозит 1000 р при выселении не вернули. Мало того, ещё на 2ю ночь потекла батарея и затопили соседей.

Арендатор замечательные человек. Предложил вариант на замену.

Disadvantages:

Одну ночь переночевать можно, на большее были бы не согласны
